Job Summary
Part-time Float Teacher (2pm-6pm) at Foundations Early Learning Center in Anderson, SC. Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment; creating engaging STEAM-rich activities using the Creative Curriculum; supporting children’s social and emotional development; and communicating with families via an app. Requires passion for working with young children, 18+, minimum 6 months of licensed daycare/preschool teaching experience, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to pass background checks and health assessments. Benefits include paid trainings, tuition reimbursement, PTO for part-time staff, and a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children.
- At least 18-years-old.
- At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
