Job Summary
Support teachers with daily classroom activities, routines, and transitions while supervising children during play, learning activities, meals, and rest periods. Maintain a safe, positive learning environment by assisting with preparing materials, organizing spaces, and ensuring clean, welcoming areas. Collaborate with leadership to support center operations and follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines. Provide classroom coverage and assistance as needed throughout the day to help maintain routines. This role offers a full-time consistent schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama, with benefits including performance bonuses, free food, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent, English major preferred

- Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to support different classroom needs
- Patient, positive, and attentive when working with children
- Experience in a childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment

- Ability to support classroom routines and transitions
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
