Job Summary
Childcare Teacher Assistant delivers hands-on instruction and high-quality care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years, supports classroom teacher under supervision, participates in planning and posting daily schedules and lesson plans, maintains a clean, safe environment, assists children with self-care, and supports ongoing education requirements and safety procedures; benefits include health/dental/vision, 403(b), tuition assistance, and paid leave, with full-time schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an early childhood program preferred
- AHCA fingerprint clearance required
- DCF 45 hour Introductory Training within 12 months of hire
