Job Summary
Conduct before- and after-school programs for school-age children (ages 5–12) at Island Village Elementary School, delivering engaging hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support. Ensure daily operations meet state regulations and school requirements while managing attendance, registration, and staffing levels. Maintain clear communication with parents via the Playground App and collaborate with direct reports to support team morale and problem-solving. Work part-time hours from 6:30–8:00 am and 3:20–6:00 pm, with summer shifts Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Warm, friendly, and upbeat

- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.)
