Job Summary
Provide childcare for the Before & After School Program, serving school-age children (ages 5–12) with hands-on activities from the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, and art activities plus homework help. Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and engaging environment and act as a positive role model. Report to the program at assigned times and stay until the last child leaves. Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App. Follow state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules; may perform attendance/registration and staffing duties. Requires 18+ and a High School Diploma or equivalent, medically cleared of communicable diseases, warmth and reliability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferably 1 year of experience with kids under 13. Offers employer-paid childcare and benefits; part-time scheduling aligns with morning and after-school shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat; exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry up to 50 lbs.
