Job Summary
Childcare Staff for Before & After School Programs at Healthy Kids Programs in Phillipsburg, NJ. Responsible for facilitating hands-on activities (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities) and homework completion, while maintaining a safe, healthy, and engaging environment and serving as a positive role model. May perform attendance, registration, and staffing tasks; must observe state guidelines and host school policies. Part-time, split-shift role with morning (7:00–8:00 am) and afternoon (2:15–5:30 pm) hours. Requires a High School Diploma and/or childcare experience; state background checks required.
