Job Summary
Part-time childcare staff for after-school programs responsible for delivering age-5-12 activities, ensuring compliance, leading curriculum-aligned activities, managing attendance, and communicating with families; requires HS diploma, 19+, physical stamina, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- 19 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to supervise school-age children (ages 5–12) in after-school setting
- Experience working with kids is preferred
- Strong communication with parents and guardians
- Team collaboration and reliable attendance
- Comfort with activity planning and leading engaging activities
