Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance with state regulations and Healthy Kids policies, planning and leading engaging activities aligned with the curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework), overseeing daily operations such as attendance and registration, maintaining clear communication with parents via the Playground App, and collaborating with the direct supervisor to maintain staffing levels and high-quality care. The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills with children, families, and team members, and ability to meet physical demands and pass medical clearance.
