Job Summary
Site Director for Healthy Kids Programs in Birmingham, AL, responsible for running a high-quality, engaging daily program, maintaining state licensing compliance, and ensuring staff support and development. Oversees program quality, enrollment, staffing of Lead and Assistant Teachers, payroll/scheduling, safety and compliance, and inventory to deliver a safe, engaging environment for school-age children. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, TB test, onboarding trainings, CPR/First Aid certification, familiarity with Alabama DHR licensing standards, and preferred experience with the Arise system. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to successfully pass a TB test.
- Ability to complete all required onboarding and state-mandated trainings if not already certified.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Familiarity with Alabama DHR licensing standards.
- Familiarity with the Arise system is preferred.
