Job Summary
Site Director for Healthy Kids Programs overseeing the before/after school program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA. Responsible for regulatory compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL, staff supervision, day-to-day program quality, and family communication; lead activities (STEAM, fitness, academics, arts, homework support); manage attendance and scheduling; ensure safety and appropriate child-to-staff ratios; coordinate with school administration and main office; maintain documentation and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13.
