Job Summary
Lead Educator in Rowville Aurora Village to run a room program focused on the individual learning and care needs of all children; mentor other Educators, engage with children, and build strong relationships with families while collaborating with leadership to enhance service quality. Requires Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent, and WWC/Police/First Aid with Anaphylaxis and Asthma training; knowledge of NQS/EYLF/VEDYLF and reflective practices; 2 years industry experience preferred. Required Qualifications

- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
