Job Summary
Caregiver positions serving families in the Northern NJ and Lower Hudson Valley areas. Responsibilities include providing reliable, safe, engaging childcare; delivering meaningful experiences for children; maintaining safety and creating fun activities; collaborating with families and management; undergoing training and ongoing guidance; working a flexible schedule; and meeting CPR/First Aid training requirements (or completing training with support). Compensation starts at $17-$18 per hour, with performance bonuses and additional incentives; benefits include telehealth, tuition discounts, paid training, and W-2 employment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior childcare experience (babysitting, teaching, camp counseling, or related)
- Trained in CPR/First Aid, or willing to complete training with employer support
- W-2 employment
- Flexible scheduling preference
- Dependability, empathy, and adaptability
