Childcare Multi-Site Director - After School

Multi-Site Director oversees day-to-day operations across two Massachusetts after-school sites (Petersham and Royalston), visiting sites regularly, supporting staff, ensuring program quality and licensing compliance, and building strong relationships with school staff. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling to maintain appropriate coverage, recruiting and leading site directors and teachers, monitoring enrollment and re-enrollment targets, ensuring state licensing compliance and maintaining accurate records, coaching site leaders, managing payroll-related tasks and budgeting for staffing efficiency, and fostering constructive partnerships with principals and school administrators. The role requires organizing and dependable leadership across sites, with part-time, non-exempt scheduling aligned to school districts.
