Job Summary
Lead Teacher role responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced teachers; managing a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom; implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; communicating with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions; supporting center goals around enrollment and engagement; building strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a joyful, learning-focused environment; and ensuring developmentally appropriate practices while meeting state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- DCF 45 Hours (Required)
- At least six months of professional teaching experience (Required)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (Required)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (Required)
