Job Summary
The Childcare Lead Teacher is responsible for coordinating curriculum and managing classroom operations while fostering a safe, engaging environment for children's development.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
- Technical College Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Unrelated Degree with childcare experience
- Enrolled in school to possess one of the above by the end of 2025
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High energy and ability to work with staff, children, and parents
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must clear full background check
Desired Qualifications
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
