Childcare Lead Teacher

Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans while fostering a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child through active supervision and adherence to licensing standards. Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and developmental conversations. Observe, assess, and support each child's individual growth and developmental milestones. Lead classroom routines and collaborate with fellow teachers to provide high-quality care. Serve as a positive role model demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to continuous learning. This full-time or part-time role requires CPL 3 or higher, experience in a licensed early childhood program, and the ability to lift children weighing 10-70lbs.
