Childcare Lead Teacher

Instruct children in age-appropriate activities according to approved curriculum lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Establish and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment by setting up classrooms, sanitizing materials, and ensuring readiness for prospective family tours. Treat children with dignity and respect while recognizing individual learning styles to provide developmentally appropriate activities. Supervise children as required by Center and state regulations, reporting any injuries or suspected abuse immediately. Plan and conduct parent conferences, providing daily written feedback and partnering with leadership on follow-up communications. Maintain confidentiality of all family information and attend all staff meetings and training sessions. Complete annual state licensing training requirements and perform other duties as requested by the Director or Owner.
