Childcare Lead Teacher

Lead all aspects of the classroom consistent with the center's philosophy and goals, implementing activities that encourage growth in emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development. Take initiative to accept feedback and make improvements to the program quality while creating a clean, safe environment for all children. Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care, demonstrating the physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs to fulfill all physical role requirements.
