Job Summary
Lead Teacher for Healthy Kids Programs' Before & After School at Monroeville Elementary School. Responsibilities include program compliance with state regulations and host-school requirements; plan and lead engaging activities across fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support; oversee daily operations such as attendance, registration, and staffing; maintain clear parent communication via the Playground App; collaborate with the direct supervisor to support a positive team environment. Schedule is split shifts: morning 6:45–7:45 AM and afternoon 2:45–6:00 PM; part-time, non-exempt. Requires an Associate's degree in Child Development or related credentials, or equivalent coursework, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Child Development or Child Development Certificate
- Six college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Nine college credits in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or related field
