Childcare Floating Substitute Teacher - Full-time

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities across five child care sites, ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Provide classroom coverage during teacher absences, breaks, or planning time while supporting daily routines such as meals, rest, outdoor play, and transitions. Adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups, following all health, safety, and licensing regulations including CPR and First Aid. Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and material preparation as needed, building positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Maintain professionalism and flexibility while communicating effectively with teachers and directors to ensure continuity of care. A valid driver's license is required, and the role involves lifting up to 40 lbs and working both indoors and outdoors.
