Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit of all children to ensure proper check-in, while maintaining contact with parents and reporting concerns when necessary. Maintain an orderly and clean environment during and after each shift, ensuring children engage in age-appropriate activities. Assist with feeding and diaper changes, and administer first aid while understanding emergency protocols. This role requires CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it, along with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and members. The position involves essential physical tasks including prolonged standing, lifting 50 lbs, and bending. Located at Fitness Central East in Chattanooga, TN.
