Childcare Director

Lead the daily operations and program quality at The Nest Schools, supported by a full-time curriculum specialist and centralized billing to minimize administrative burdens. Manage classroom budgets for learning materials, oversee centralized hiring and call screening processes, and foster a wellness-focused culture through mentor programs and retreats. Drive staff development via Nest University and facilitate regional director fellowships. Requires previous director experience in large schools, an Early Childhood Education background, and a preferred Director credential.
