Job Summary
Lead a school as a School Director, overseeing Early Childhood Education programs with full-time curriculum and education specialist support. Manage classroom budgets for learning materials and crafts while utilizing centralized billing, receivables, and call screening to minimize administrative duties. Drive staff wellness and innovation through the Nest Eggs Reward & Recognition Program, Mentor Programs, Funday Mondays, and Director Retreats. Provide access to Nest University training and NAEYC conferences for professional development. Foster regional and company-wide fellowships with other directors.
