Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the preschool; build a strong, supportive team of educators; manage enrollment, family relations and community events; foster a welcoming, high-quality learning environment; ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations for DCF, VPK and TLE; demonstrate leadership with vision to inspire staff and engage families in a positive impact on children and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of child care and daycare center leadership/management experience
- State specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state specific guidelines for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (highly preferred)
