Job Summary
Lead school enrollment by owning the full journey from initial inquiry to enrolled families. Manage outreach efforts, social media presence, and community engagement events to position the school with the right families. Lead tours that allow parents to experience the community firsthand and build authentic relationships throughout the process. Respond to inquiries promptly, manage the lead pipeline with consistent follow-through, and track enrollment metrics to adjust strategy. Represent the school at local community events and collaborate with the Principal and Education Coach to shape community growth.
