Job Summary
Supervise, train, and coach teachers while ensuring safe environments, proper supervision, and adherence to licensing standards. Manage waitlists and enrollment processes, support billing, and build relationships to communicate clearly with families regarding attendance and involvement. Monitor classroom quality, provide direct guidance, and ensure accurate documentation meets reporting requirements. Daily coverage includes an average of four hours. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm during the July-May period. This role supports Kids' Corps, Inc. in creating an inspiring educational environment where every child can thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood education or related degree
- 12 months experience supervising
- Driver's License
- proof of insurance
- daily access to personal vehicle that is insured
- Monday - Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm (part year July-May)
