Childcare Classroom Team Member Pool (2026-2027)

Provide classroom childcare in a licensed setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with young children and families. Implement weekly lesson plans to support social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and creative development; maintain health, safety, and confidentiality; model positive interactions with children, parents, and staff; ensure compliance with state licensing, district protocols, and program procedures; supervise activities inside and outside the classroom; maintain records and anecdotal notes for individual children; communicate with the director about any concerns or needs, and support parent involvement through conferences and information sharing. This role requires on-site performance, adaptability to diverse daily routines, and the ability to promote a respectful, inclusive learning environment while following policies and safety guidelines.
