Job Summary
Conduct daily childcare activities in a classroom setting while supporting the development and growth of young children. Assist teachers with instructional needs and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for students. Maintain state and federal childcare licensing requirements and complete required ECE coursework. Work full-time with no nights or weekends. Competitive pay of $11.50 per hour with paid holidays, PTO, and health benefits. Promoted from within to lead teacher, mentor, assistant director, or center director roles.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- HS diploma or GED
- EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
- Experience teaching young children
- Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
