Childcare Center Director

Direct the operations of The Learning Experience childcare center in Schertz, TX, overseeing teacher recruitment and interviews, classroom observations and evaluations, staff coaching and development, center scheduling and staffing to maintain proper classroom ratios, licensing compliance, family engagement, enrollment growth, and community outreach. The role emphasizes leading the curriculum in alignment with brand standards, managing center records and licensing documentation, and ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are met. Candidates should have 3+ years of center leadership/management experience, a Texas Director’s License, professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children, and CPR/First Aid certification; a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field is highly preferred.
