Job Summary
Custodian at The Learning Experience in White Plains, NY, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, offices, kitchen, and common areas. Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with center standards and licensing requirements, sweep/mop/vacuum/dust, manage trash and restock supplies, assist with classroom setup and minor maintenance, and report safety or maintenance concerns to leadership. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced childcare environment; lift up to 40 pounds. Schedule is 2:00–8:00pm with 25–30 hour opportunities. Pay range is $18–$22 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Prior custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

- Flexible schedule availability preferred
