Job Summary
Provide attentive, nurturing in-home childcare while following family routines; prepare meals and snacks, assist with personal care tasks, and help with light household duties. Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities and child updates, and follow the care plan to support clients’ needs. Opportunities for advancement and access to caregiver training through the company academy; flexible schedule with part-time shifts across daytime/evening/weekends. Must have CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a caregiver-friendly, patient, and energetic demeanor. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and mileage/travel pay is provided.
