Childcare Attendant

Supervise children ages 12 weeks to 11 years in the Fort Childcare and Indoor Playground while preparing age-appropriate activities and maintaining cleanliness. Communicate updates to parents, respond to complaints, and monitor inventory of supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records for child information, usage, and payroll, and report accidents, incidents, and equipment issues to the Childcare Coordinator. Model customer service standards, participate in risk management policy creation, and conduct timely accident investigations. Assist with member retention and special events, and be available to substitute shifts as needed.
