Childcare Assistant Teacher

Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans while supervising children to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Support social, emotional, physical, and educational development through age-appropriate learning activities, play, art, music, and outdoor time. Manage daily routines including meals, diapering, toileting, and rest time, while engaging in classroom cleaning and sanitizing. Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and management, and follow all center policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety procedures. Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records. Work cooperatively with other staff members as part of a team within a supportive environment that offers training opportunities and competitive pay.
