Job Summary
Assist the Director with developing and executing programs for children's care, growth, and staff development. Support enrollment activities, including tours and marketing distribution, while ensuring State and Company Regulations are followed via Licensing Checks. Provide guidance to teachers on creative curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom organization. Establish professional relationships with parents and employees. Maintain physical ability to work around small children and lift up to 40 lbs. Monday through Friday shift with flexibility to open or close when needed. Competitive pay of $24-$26 per hour based on education and experience.
Required Qualifications
