Job Summary
Assist with facilitation of Hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic enrichment, art, and group activities), help students with homework, ensure a safe, healthy, clean, and fun environment, serve as a positive role model, arrive prepared and stay on-site until dismissal, communicate daily with families via the Playground App, and follow state regulations, program policies, and host school guidelines; support attendance tracking, registration, and staffing as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience working with children under 13
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties including clear TB
