Childcare Area Director

Oversee staffing, enrollment, licensing compliance, and partnerships across HKP sites in Hillsborough and Cheshire County, NH. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling site staff; ensure sites are staffed, adhere to state licensing standards, and build reliable partnerships with principals and school staff. Manage payroll considerations and use Paylocity; monitor enrollment targets and program quality, provide real-time coaching at the site level, and ensure ongoing compliance across sites. Requires hands-on, organized leadership with strong communication and relationship-building skills to keep programs running efficiently every day.
