Job Summary
Montessori Aide in Grand Rapids, MI — full-time role in the Lower School Montessori classroom. Responsible for delivering Montessori work appropriate to students’ needs, ensuring safety and care of the classroom, and supporting the Catholic mission of Sacred Heart Academy. Requires a practicing Catholic and a love of great children’s literature. Preferred qualifications include experience with Catholic liberal education, love of literature, and strong organizational and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- A practicing Catholic whose life is lived in conformity with the moral teachings of the Church; Commitment to the Catholic mission of the Academy and willingness to sign the “Faculty Memorandum of Understanding” and swear the “Oath of Fidelity” to the Catholic faith.
- Love of great children’s literature.
