Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher

Assist lead teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Provide a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors while creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans. Supervise children during all activities using positive discipline techniques and maintain a clean, safe classroom appearance. Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on child development. Present a professional image adhering to uniform requirements and support effective classroom transitions. Work Monday through Friday in all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
