Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated Childcare Activity Leader to assist in planning and implementing activities for children in our after school program. Responsibilities include managing classrooms, documenting attendance, ensuring safety, and communicating with parents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Six months experience working in early childhood field strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates without a valid license may still be hired but will not be eligible to drive YMCA vehicles until requirements are met.
