Job Summary
Offer thoughtful, consistent care to young people in care, building trust and creating a sense of normality in daily life. Support their learning, independence, and everyday life skills while preparing meals to encourage healthy habits. Speak up for young people to ensure they are listened to, helping them attend appointments and participate in community activities. Requires a full UK driving licence with access to your own car, the ability to stay calm in challenging situations, and flexibility to work a range of shifts. A clear enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
