Child & Youth Support Worker

Offer thoughtful, consistent care to young people in care, building trust and creating a sense of normality in daily life. Support learning, independence, and everyday life skills, while preparing meals and encouraging healthy habits. Speak up for young people to ensure they are listened to, and help them attend appointments and take part in community activities. This role requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and flexibility to work a range of shifts. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory, and while an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is helpful, attitude and commitment are prioritized.
