Job Summary
Direct interventions and recommendations for child well-being within a 24/7 program. Provide crisis support and de-escalation for children and families; observe and assess the environment and interactions to identify welfare concerns; collaborate with facility staff and partners to document cases in EMR; deliver culturally sensitive care and language-support resources; provide ongoing education and tools to staff; travel to job sites as contract needs require; must hold a Master’s in Behavioral Health and current licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LPC/LP or equivalent); 2+ years post-licensure experience in related settings; willingness to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends; English proficiency required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Full, current, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor-level prepared psychologist (LP), or equivalent
- 2+ years demonstrated post-licensure work experience in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, performing clinical evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families
- 1+ year experience working in a multidisciplinary team-based environment
