Job Summary
The Child Well-Being Lead Specialist supervises and supports the child well-being specialists, coordinating across local, state, and federal resources, generating/Reviewing reports, and guiding program continuity and process improvement. Responsibilities include conducting staff meetings and training, managing staffing needs and surge deployment, liaising with regional leads and facility partners, and providing standardized metrics for program evaluation. Requires a master's degree in a related field and current licensed clinical status, with substantial experience in child development, trauma-informed care, and management. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desirable. Flexible hours including nights/holidays/weekends may be required based on contract needs; travel within CONUS may be required. Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Full, current, and unrestricted license as LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LP or equivalent
- 5+ years post-licensure experience in child development and trauma-centered care
- 2+ years of management experience leading and supervising staff
