Job Summary
Perform all tasks as required in the written plan and meet productivity requirements established by the program director. Provide client monitoring and linkage to appropriate services within LSSI and other community agencies. Complete and submit all necessary reports, billing, and documentation accurately and on time as required by agency and funding sources. Communicate with supervisor, work group, and collateral agencies regarding individual and family needs. Maintain a valid driver's license in good standing and access to reliable transportation for visits and meetings. Work full-time Monday through Friday under general supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Record of compliance with the law and clearance on the Illinois CANTS
- Valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency
- Access to reliable transportation for visits, meetings, and to transport clients as needed
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage
Desired Qualifications
- AA Degree with two years of college
- Basic knowledge of child development and parenting or equivalent life experience
- Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, comprehensible manner
