Job Summary
Perform social work, group, and outreach activities to individuals and families under general supervision. Provide client monitoring and linkage to appropriate services within LSSI and other community agencies. Complete and submit all necessary reports, billing, and documentation accurately and on time as required by agency and funding sources. Communicate with supervisor, work group, and collateral agencies regarding individual and family needs. Meet productivity requirements as established by the program director. Monday through Friday full-time hours with a salary of $15.80-$18.30/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Record of compliance with the law and clearance on the Illinois CANTS
- Valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency
- Access to reliable transportation for visits, meetings, and to transport clients as needed
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage
Desired Qualifications
- AA Degree with two years of college
- Basic knowledge of child development and parenting or equivalent life experience
