Child Watch Team Member

Child Watch Team Member at Bloomington-Normal YMCA. Provide care for children in the Child Watch area, maintain a safe and clean environment, and support healthy child development by applying youth development principles. Responsibilities include supervising children, promoting program opportunities to parents, maintaining attendance records, reporting suspicions of child abuse, and following all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Requires effective communication, the ability to interact with both children and adults, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks. Minimum age 18; CPR/AED and First Aid certifications and mandated trainings are required or provided upon hire.
