Job Summary
Monitor and supervise children in the YMCA Child Watch program, providing a warm, engaging environment for children and families while prioritizing safety. Maintain daily attendance, ensure a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with teammates to support YMCA mission; participate in staff trainings and adhere to policies. Role requires on-site presence, reliability, and effective communication. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old and obtaining CPR/First Aid and Child Abuse Prevention certifications within 30 days of hire; experience with youth activities is a plus.
