Job Summary
Provide a safe, engaging Child Watch experience at the YMCA Fort Mill Complex during evening weekdays. Duties include supervising and caring for infants, toddlers, and children; assisting with activities and events; assisting with diaper changes; ensuring child safety; adhering to ADA accommodations where appropriate; maintaining the program site and equipment; and communicating with parents to support belonging and positive relationships within families.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Current Infant/Child CPR certification required
- Knowledge of care for infants, toddlers, and young children
- Ability to change diapers with infection-control precautions
- Maturity and interpersonal skills to manage behavior and diffuse situations
- Positive attitude aligned with YMCA mission
