Job Summary
Community-Based Therapist role offering hybrid delivery (telehealth and in-person) serving children and families in Arizona. Responsibilities include delivering individual, family, and group sessions addressing trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and related conditions; collaborating with families and community agencies (e.g., CPS, DDD) to ensure a whole-picture approach; designing individualized treatment plans and participating in weekly supervision with the Clinical Director to advance clinical skills. The position supports flexible paths to joining the team (full-time, part-time, or 1099 contract) and emphasizes building rapport through both virtual and in-person engagement within the Arizona community.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW licensure (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure)
- 3+ years of direct work with children
- Knowledge of CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus
- Age 21+
- Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid certification
- Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the 12 Principles
