Job Summary
Conduct child therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms or in-person at the North Chesterfield, VA office in standard 45-60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while providing input on strategies to serve children across the Autism, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health spectrums. Manage a caseload of approximately 30 sessions weekly for full-time roles or a minimum of 7 sessions for part-time positions, utilizing a creative toolbox to engage clients ages 5-12. Maintain a private space with high-speed internet for consistent virtual sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in the state of Virginia
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- High-speed internet access
- HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
- Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth
- Experience working with children in a virtual setting
- A creative toolbox to engage children in therapy online

Desired Qualifications
- Clinical licenses in multiple states, in addition to Virginia
